While many Thirukural websites exist, none are powered by the interactiveness of modern Generative AI. This is our effort to apply GenAI to the Thirukkural so anyone, anywhere, can ask anything about the 1,330 verses and the wisdom of Thiruvalluvar.

The idea to create thirukural.ai was proposed by Suresh Sambandam, part of the expert committee for the KaniTamil24 conference organised by the team at the Tamil Virtual Academy (TamilVU.org), led by its Chairman Thiru. T. Udhayachandran IAS — with the intent and passion to bring the leading edge of technology to keep Tamil evergreen for the 10 crore global Tamils.
